Had a great experience with Joe and his team with the installation of my security door. Joe came out and took measurements, quickly sent me the catalog of available doors and we reached an agreement and he gave me an idea of the lead time for my order. Within 5 short weeks my door was completed and Joe came and installed it a few days later. The installation was lightning fast, the price was extremely competitive compared to other quotes I got and Joe was professional, responsive and courteous throughout the process. The door really ties the face of the property together and I plan to use First Choice Door and Window again for a rear storm door. We had a new back door and storm door installed by First Choice in January 2023. We went with this company because the price was more reasonable than other options we explored, and Joe personally came to our house to look at the door being replaced to discuss options. There was a bit of a wait to get it installed due to it being a custom size and supply chain issues, but once it was ready, Joe and his team took less than half a day for installation. Ten months later, we are still very pleased with the door and the quality of work/installation. Joe was responsive and easy to work with. I would highly recommend First Choice!
